I want to eat a light dinner tonight what should i have?

I'm hungry but not that hungry so i want to eat a light dinner. I go to a type of school that's not a boarding school or college or delinquent school but a normal school except you live in it for the school year. For dinner the school pretty much makes food to fill the whole table. There's one table for each dorm and the tables are very long. what should i eat?
