Whats going on with my period lol?

So, in May we had sex when I ovulated. My period came that month but it was wierd it stopped and started and was lighter and didn't bleed at night. I took a test a couple of days after just to make sure and got a . But my period was due 3 days ago now.. and I have had cramping this month for like a week, not around the time I should be ovulating. My nipples were a sore aswell. I usually get cramps a couple of days before and during my period. I had no cramps until the day I was supposed to get my period, but dull period like cramps come and go like they did durring the month. So what do u guys thnk or am i just paraoid and delaying my period with stressing about it
