Is this married chick teasing me or is she for real? I need your advice?

there is this 32 year old female who is married and wants to have an affair with me. i am a 24 year guy and I happen to be her gardener. She told me that she wanted to be " friends with benefits" with me and I agreed. The other day she asked me when was I going to take her out to lunch? I gave her a time and day and she agreed. Well, finally that day came and I sent her a text message. she came up with a dumb reason why she couldn't go to lunch with me. She said it was because she was sore from the day before because she and her family went to a theme park. That really got me mad . OK now today she said she was going to send me some sexy pictures of her and I haven't gotten them. She told me she already send them a couple times and doesn't know why I haven't received them. i honestly think this lady is just teasing me and has no intention of ever having any fun with me. But I just wanted to get a second opinion from you folks?
