How do you say "alright" in japanese?

How do you say "alright" in japanese as an expression of you're about to begin with something? Or an expression of slightly agreed into certain statement just because you don't want it to become a long discussion or an argument as well. I think "daijyoubu" is not the correct term to use because it corresponds with a question. I hope you could help me with this one guys.. ty ty ty ^_^
