How to play the snake game that involves hand gestures?

One person would say something like this" This is a snake. This is not a snake. Is this a snake?" Each Sentence will correspond to a snake like arm gesture. THen the other party is supposed to say whether it is a snake. Does anyone know what to pick up from the actions or words posed by the performer of the snake game?
