If I attend school at Lindenwood University in Belleville, can I pledge St. Louis City Wide Chapter of DST?

I will be in my junior year of college with a gpa of 3.2. I am a athlete that is very determined and strives for success at everything that I do. In the future ai would like to use my Criminal Justice degree to help juvinile delinquents become more successful.
