Is there a site that limitless times let you view your credit history?

and how many cards you owe and how much you owe etc... I'm delinquent payer and I want to fix my credit and I've lost all my bills... I don't even know how many cards or how much I owe to companies. Is there a such site? I don't care if its a paid site. Thanks 10pts the best answer.
