Problems with my kidneys, is this normal for me?

4 years ago at the age of 14 I took an overdose of paracetamol and the poison went to my kidney's rather than my liver. They near failed as the were at some number of 170 when they are normally meant to be at 50. As a result when I binge on alcohol I do get kidney infections like every week although they have stopped for awhile recently. If I drink day after day (this would only be if im on a holiday or if there are celebrations like party etc during the week) the pain of them does be pretty sore. Is this just from the overdose I took or could this be more?
