What is Chronic Endometritis? My doctor said that I have suffered from Endometritis, what can I do?

I have more discharge and I feel very sore at the lower of my belly these days, and I go to my doctor's and have an examination, my doctor says that I have got chronic Endometritis, it is a very bad news for me, what can I do to get rid of such symptom?
